I agree that the Don't Be a Bully Project shall have the right to use the video that I am submitting (“the “Video Submission”) and any other materials that I have provided or may provide in connection with the project currently entitled #Invisible (collectively, the “Materials”), including, without limitation, the right to use all or part of the Video Submission and any other Materials and my voice, actions, likeness, name, appearance, biographical material, and any information about me contained in, derived from or obtained in connection with the Video Submission and any other Materials (collectively “Likeness”) in and in connection with the development, production, promotion and/or distribution of #Invisible and/or any other production, and in the advertisements, publicity and promotions for #Invisible, or any other production, and for any entity approved by the Don’t Be a Bully Project that otherwise uses my Likeness, the Video Submission, any other Materials, #Invisible or other production throughout the universe at any time, in perpetuity, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. I understand that I will not be paid any money for giving the Don't Be a Bully Project these rights or for entering into this agreement. The Don't Be a Bully Project will have no obligation to use my Video Submission or any other Materials submitted by me or to complete, distribute, exhibit or promote #Invisible.

I warrant and represent that everyone appearing in my Video Submission and any other Materials submitted by me and anyone that may have shot and/or created in any manner the Video Submission, any other Materials and any elements contained therein has given his/her/their permission that the Video Submission and other Materials may be used in and in connection with the development, production, distribution and/or promotion of #Invisible and/or any other production and in the advertisements, publicity and promotions for the Don't Be a Bully Project, any other production, and f for any entity approved by the Don’t Be a Bully Project that otherwise uses my Likeness, the Video Submission, any other Materials, or other production throughout the universe at any time, in perpetuity, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, without any compensation whatsoever.

I, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, hereby release and hold harmless the Don't Be a Bully Project and any of its licensees, successors, assignees, parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities, all other persons and entities connected with #Invisible and the Don't Be a Bully Project, and each of their respective employees, agents, representatives, officers and directors (collectively “Releasees”) from and against any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, controversies, claims and demands whatsoever resulting from, arising out of, or related to my involvement with #Invisible, the use of my Likeness, my Video Submission and any other Materials submitted by me.
