Bring "We Don't Do That Here!" to Your School or District
“We Don’t Do That Here!” is a 30-minute musical that uses the science of entertainment to change bullying and bystander behavior. It has been performed by high school students across the country for the middle schools in their districts, building leadership skills and modeling positive behavior. But the production is just the first step in the DBAB Project program for eradicating bullying from middle schools.
The full program includes:
For High Schools
- Everything your school needs to present “We Don’t Do That Here!” including production notes and a consultation with the writer.
For Middle Schools
- Body language and awareness training for educators and staff.
- An Interveners toolkit filled with data and tools for monitoring and erasing bullying in your school.
- Curricula for Confidence Clubs, where students gain the confidence they need to reject bullying.

Interveners Toolkit
Our Interveners Toolkit is designed to support your current policies and efforts to ensure all children receive the recognition, equitable response, and documented reporting necessary to ensure their protection as they are educated and positively nurtured. Please note, we use the term “culprit” when referring to bullying behavior and “target” when referring to a child who has become a victim of bullying behavior.
Here is an excerpt of the Participating Middle School Checklist, a key part of our Interveners Toolkit.
- We are aware of current Federal and State guidelines regarding how to recognize, respond to, and report culprit behavior and the targets who were impacted by this behavior.
- When children are caught in the act or reported to have displayed culprit behavior, we speak to them separate and apart from the known or reported target to protect privacy and diminish secondary victimization of targets.
- We have designated staff members to handle culprit-related incidents.
- We frequently patrol the key hot spots known to have a high frequency of culprit incidents.
- We have an anti-cyber bullying/culprit plan of action in place.
